No Pain When Hanging In This Harness I picked up this harness (in black) two years ago and can honestly say that it’s the first harness I’ve owned that doesn’t actually hurt me. Every other harness I’ve had simply hurts like heck when I’m hanging (full body weight) from the top rope or belay. In comparing this harness to my older ones, I think the brilliance of this design is in the leg connections: instead of tightening up the entire harness when it it supporting your weight, the leg bands are independent and take off a significant portion of the load.As for the other features of this harness, they’re all great: the clasp/buckle is solid once attached, and the loops always come in handy for hanging things off of.I should note that I’ve used this harness for climbing, but I’ve also used it for roof and tree work. The harness easily holds additional tools from the loops, which is an added thing that I’ve appreciated.

Shes a newbie at the repel world so i decided at last minute to tie her to me ( my harness) which was the best idea i could have had because she eneded up letting go of her brake hand & went flying toward the ground, lucky that i decided to tie her to me. My harness alone supported both our weights till I ive got us to the ground which was about 40ft.

Feels great around my waist This harness works great and has a lot of support and padding. Its a lot more comfortable than most of my friends harnesses for sure. During the winter and spring months I was using this pretty regularly at my local gym and now that it’s summer I use it for outdoor climbs all the time and it still looks pretty fresh out of the box. (I climb 3-4 times a week) I would recommend this harness to anyone. The color combos also look very cool which is an added bonus for sure. As a sizing reference, I am 6’4 170 lbs and have a 33in waist
