Decent Inflatable Stand Up Board I found this item used on Amazon.com and because of the discount and because it was sold directly through Amazon, I thought it would be worth it to take the risk even though the only review of this item said this was a terrible board.

Great SUP for me! After speaking at length with the owner of a store who supplies SUP outings for vacationing guests, I realized an inflatable board is what would meet my needs. I didn’t have a $1,000 to spend and this SUP has a great price point. I read all the reviews both on Amazon and West Marine before I purchased. I absolutely love this inflatable! Thank goodness for one particular reviewer who was an experienced boarder and gave some excellent details that really helped me (a novice). I would like to reiterate those points for other buyers… 1) you must achieve between 12 and 15 psi to achieve the appropriate stiffness (I weigh 150 & husband 180 lbs)we set ours at 14.5. 2) when you begin pumping you may not think you’re getting air in and eventually the board “looks” full but your pressure gauge needle hasn’t even begun to register – don’t panic, keep inflating. I found our needle didn’t really move until I was +8 psi. 3) Yes, the last 3 psi were the most difficult to put in – but it…

Excellent Choice For A Lake I live on a lake and I am very pleased with this board. I wanted to try paddle boarding, but didn’t want to spend the money on a hard board. I thought that I was trading quality for a low price when I found out about inflatable sups, and would trade up if I liked it. Not only do I like paddle boarding, but I would not switch to a hard board. While it is difficult to get those last few psi, once you do, the board is very hard and stable.
