Arctic Helicrane This is a well-designed `Helicrane’ helicopter – which is pretty good and relatively easy build. Another great add-on to the Lego City Artic theme set. A very straight forward set up to put together, except for the `ice cargo’, does not sit right and on a whim fall to pieces. For me the orange parts in the Arctic sets are nice and bright and are good pieces to have if you wish to create your own project. The pilot mini-figure nicely detailed, but for me the huskies in the dog team are the high-point of the set.The highlights as I see them:1. Quick, and easy, a fun build.2. Bright and colorful – the Lego bricks in Orange look cool3. So much room for modifications for other hauling adventures4. Lego Huskies

Fun to build but needs improvement/reinforcement I purchased this set for my son who is 4 years old. We all love Legos and started him on Legos (not Duplo) as young as 3. He is able to build the entire set almost by himself except the areas where Technic pieces are used, and when he couldn’t find some pieces. As usual the instructions are clear and easy for him to follow. I am surprised my son sat down the entire time building this set. It really teaches him patience. When he was done with the set, he played for 5 minutes and that was it. This helicopter is about 1 foot long/wide. The dogs and sledge looks cute.
