Step2 Clubhouse Climber We bought this climber for our son’s first birthday. We knew that he was too young for it, but wanted a climber that he could “grow into” and knew it would be years before he is ready for a wooden one. At first, we had to be very careful of him falling out of the sides of the bridge or just walking straight down the slide. Now, at 16 months, he climbs the stairs on his own and goes down both slides alone. We are always there just incase he tips over. He really enjoys turning the wheel inside and playing peek-a-boo through the windows. I’m not really sure what else he can do with this climber though besides what I just mentioned. We are happy with this climber and it doesn’t look too tacky in the backyard – colors are nice.I still think that it was overpriced ($550) and I don’t think it is worth that much. If they lower the price or you can get it on sale, I say go for it!

The Twins Love It Although I personally have a few issues with the Clubhouse Climber, my 2-year-old twins love this playset, so I suppose that’s the bottom line.
